Are you a Postpartum Doula looking for Overnight work? 

We are looking for overnight postpartum doulas who would like to work with us in providing compassionate, respectful overnight service to the families of Puget Sound. 

Requirements:

• Postpartum doula training that included lactation and perinatal mood disorder screening
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a postpartum doula with at least 10 families served, and 1 year experience with overnight doula work specifically
• Infant CPR Certification
• Current Liability Insurance 
• Vaccinated for all respiratory illnesses including COVID and annual influenza

Desired Qualifications (not required)

• Certification is helpful, but not required if you are experienced
• Advanced training in infant sleep
• Advanced training in lactation 
• Experience with preemies, twins, and medically fragile infants
• Trauma-informed care training

Our ideal contractors are:

• Able to serve all clients within an hour of Seattle (Everett to South Seattle, Snohomish to Sammamish and Renton)
• Available to work 2-5 nights per week and reliable (birth doulas with active clients are welcome and we have provisions in place for labor calls)
• Queer inclusive 
• Anti-racist
• Tech-savvy enough to keep their availability calendar updated
