We are looking for overnight postpartum doulas who would like to work with us in providing compassionate, respectful overnight service to the families of Puget Sound.
Our ideal contractors are: - able to serve all clients within an hour of Seattle (Everett to South Seattle, Snohomish to Sammamish and Renton) - available to work 2-5 nights per week and reliable (birth doulas with active clients are welcome and we have provisions in place for labor calls) - vaccinated for allllll the things & Infant CPR certified - queer inclusive - anti-racist - tech-savvy enough to keep their availability calendar updated Our model provides: - a flexible calendar that you control - direct deposit payments every 2 weeks - a community of doulas to do this work we love! - the flexibility to also take your own personal clients - competitive pay. (we pay the highest of any other agency we know of) |
