Okay, but I'm sleep deprived so give it to me straight. No fluff.
We got you....
Step 1: Submit this super fast form to get on our radar and give us the preliminary details we need to see if you fit our criteria (mostly looking at your location and infant age).
Step 2: If we feel like we can work with you, you will receive an email with a link to book a complimentary meeting with Jane to learn about how we work.
Step 3: Have your meeting with Jane and learn about how we work and the ways we might be able to help.
Step 4: After your meeting, have a think and then let us know if you'd like to move forward.
Step 5: Once we've decided to move forward, things go fast! You'll get a contract to sign, an invoice to pay and a link to book your official sleep-planning meeting with Jane.
Step 6: During your official planning meeting with Jane, you will work together to craft a sleep training plan that works for your family. The plan will include scheduling a start date with one of our doulas coming to put your plan into action for the first few nights.

Okay. Sounds amazing... but now I have other questions...
I bet you do! This isn't an easy thing to decide and there are many different sleep philosophies out there. Here are some answers to the questions we get asked most frequently for you to peruse before you book your interview with Jane.
I bet you do! This isn't an easy thing to decide and there are many different sleep philosophies out there. Here are some answers to the questions we get asked most frequently for you to peruse before you book your interview with Jane.
Do you have a minimum age you will work with?
Yes. Infants under 5 months of age are not ready to be sleep trained. If you have an infant under this age who wakes frequently and you need help with care during the night, you might benefit from our Overnight Postpartum Doula services.
What is your sleep training philosophy? Do you believe in crying it out?
We are well versed in most of the sleep training methods out there, from the more gentle methods, like the Chair Methodology, the 4 S's, and Fading Out, as well as some other philosophies that may involve crying like Ferber or Weissbluth. Ultimately, what works for one baby and one family may not work for another, so part of our job is to help you identify the method(s) you may want to try. Ultimately, our philosophy is the one that makes the most sense for you and your family!
What happens during the sleep training shifts with the doulas?
This will depend on the plan you created with Jane. We encourage our clients to sleep in a separate space from the doula and their baby during the night so they can get the most benefit from this service. The shifts begin at 9pm and the doula will stay until 5am. This does mean that the nighttime routine begins with the parents and the doulas will take over and manage the night wakings until the infant is sleeping better on their own.
Do you have a maximum age you will work with?
Yes. Babies over 12 months are out of our expertise. If your baby is in this age group, we recommend meeting with a sleep consultant who focuses on older babies.
What is the price?
We charge a $3,600 flat fee for this service. That includes the 6 nights of overnight care with a doula and all of the planning meetings and text support from Jane.
Can you bill insurance for this?
I wish we could! While we cannot bill insurance, most HSA and FSA plans cover sleep support for infants and our online payment system accepts HSA and FSA cards. Your invoice will also have all of the necessary information on it if you need to submit it to your insurance carrier.
What is your service area?
Right now we are serving all of Seattle and Mercer Island, going as far north as Lynnwood and Bothell and as far south as Federal Way. We will go east up to Sammamish and Redmond.
(Woodinville, Everett, Auburn & Tacoma can be accommodated on a case by case basis depending on doula availability.)
