Maria is a bilingual (Spanish/English) registered nurse, with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and eight years specializing as a lactation consultant. As a mother of three, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her work. Mental health is at the core of her practice, as she believes the postpartum period is one of the most vulnerable and transformative times in a person’s life — and one that deserves thoughtful, compassionate, and comprehensive support.
