About Alexis:
Alexis has been a Doula for over 6 years. Her passion for newborns and helping birthing people started with her wanting to become a Labor and Delivery nurse. After having a kid of her own at 18 her plans for that dream were put on hold. Her best friends mom was a doula for many years and kept asking Alexis to take a doula course. Finally in 2019, Alexis signed up on a whim to become a doula. She is very passionate about helping maximize parents sleep and caring for the family as a whole.
When Alexis isn’t being a doula she is running around with her 5 kids and their crazy life schedules! From football to softball to baseball and competitive cheer her kids do it all and she is always happy to be there to support them. When possible, Alexis’ husband and her like to sneak away occasionally for some warm sunshine in places like Vegas, Arizona, and Mexico! She also has 4 cats whom she is very in love with.
