Perinatal Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator

I am the proud mother of three smallish humans, who are both the driving force in my life and the reason why I'm so good at taking deep breaths. I am also an educator, birth worker, and perinatal massage therapist. I believe in responsibility, communication, and kindness. With those three things, I think that we can conquer most anything that life brings our way. I love learning and I'm trying to enjoy as much of what life has to offer while I can.
I have been interested in pregnancy and birth since I was a small child and it’s really a dream come true to work in this field. I love my job and I love supporting families as they welcome their new humans into the world. I tell my kids all the time to find a way to earn a living doing what they love so that they’ll never have to go to work. I feel so fortunate that I can live by example. Don’t get me wrong, I work really hard and I’m often exhausted by the time I get home, but I never dread getting the call to go! My job is so rewarding, and I’m inspired every day by the strength and love in the people I’m blessed to work with.
I was so fortunate to have the support I needed in my own births. They were there to help me navigate the never-ending choices that all birthing families face. I am so thankful that my team empowered me to make choices for myself with every situation my births presented, and I even though our choices are likely to be different, I want to walk beside you as you navigate what those choices are for you.
