  • Layout family's expectations and go over Doula Contract
  • Go over Birth plan and hopes, practice coping techniques
  • Constant support through labor, birth and immediate postpartum
  • Other prenatal meetings can be arranged, if parents request
  • 24-7 email/phone help from the time of hire through 3 months postpartum.
  • Access to our reference list, and our library of books and DVDs
What we bring to your birth~
  • Emotional Support of mom, and the partner
  • Pain Coping Techniques, positions, massages and distractions
  • Guidance in the decision making process that comes with the flow of labor
  • Support for each stage of labor, from the onset of active labor, through pushing and birth, and remaining with the family until they are settled
  • We will also support every woman's desired birth plan, everything from a desire for a natural birth, to a planned cesarean, we support you and answer questions during this exciting time.

Postpartum Doula Services

Included in the Postpartum Services are~
  • One Prenatal Meeting (complimentary)
  • Layout family's expectations and go over Doula Contract
  • Orientation of family home and go over early parenting plans
  • Postpartum care is offered in 2-4 hour shifts
  • 24-7 email/phone help from the time of hire through 6 months postpartum
  • Access to our reference list, and our library of books and DVDs
What we offer in your home~
  • Emotional Support of mom, partner, other family in the home
  • Lactation support and baby feeding tips
  • Baby Care and guidance
  • Light Housekeeping and Cooking, meal planning
  • Quick Family errands
Fees~
Kate Rollins offers her postpartum doula services at $25/hr
