Childbirth Support Class for Birth Partners:
This class is geared towards fathers/significant others, but is inclusive to anyone who considers themselves a “birth partner”. That can be a sibling, parent or friend. This class is still in development, but we can share this with you:

This class is geared towards fathers/significant others, but is inclusive to anyone who considers themselves a “birth partner”. That can be a sibling, parent or friend. This class is still in development, but we can share this with you:
- It will be co-taught by Kate Rollins and her husband, John Rollins.
- This class is a 2 night, 2 hour class that should be taken after your regular childbirth series
- This class is partners-only, and very interactive. We appeal to all learning styles.
- There will be snacks and lots of laughter
- Partners will come out of this class with a better understanding of the laboring woman and how best to help her cope with her labor naturally.

Childbirth Education
Kate Rollins offers Childbirth Education classes through the Expecting Miracles Program in Everett, WA at the Pregnancy Resource Center. These classes are FREE to the community regardless of status. The seven-week series covers Baby Care, Breastfeeding, Birth Recovery and four classes devoted to Childbirth Preparation. Learn more HERE!
